Prior to forming the firm, he served on the professional staff of two international accounting firms. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing auditing, consulting, and tax services to businesses.
He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, Financial Managers Society, Tri-state League of Financial Institutions, and Allied Construction Industries. He is an advisor to the boards of various local non-profit organizations and the accounting department of one university
